"Wir sind immer mal wieder in Basel um Familie zu besuchen, das Hotel erfüllt alle unsere Anforderungen und wir kommen immer wieder gerne zurück. Die Lage ist top, wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Personal immer sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, da wir mit Kleinkind reisen. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist super und auch ein Besuch im Restaurant abends lohnt sich. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch."

"Arrived early but was able to check in as room was being cleaned and after welcome drinks was able to get in room,staff at front desk were very friendly as travel passers were all sorted so we were good to go.room was very spacious very good shower,breakfast was excellent with a good selection.Hotel was in a great location near city centre but a quiet location ,near airport and train station and transport."

"Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "

"I would 10/10 stay at this hotel again! The included breakfast was amazing with the most polite staff! The front desk people were also very knowledgeable provided my check in promptly. The cleaning staff was incredible refilling my rooms nespresso shots and water daily! The only thing was how small the gym is, only one treadmill and dumbbells to 9kg with minimal room to exercise. "A lovely hotel very (easy walk with bags) close to the railway station and tram stops. Walkable to old town (10-15 minutes) and a good breakfast. The room was modern with the refrigerator stocked with some soft drinks, juice, beer and Prosecco included. Extremely helpful staff who made us dinner recommendations and reservations at a local restaurant 5 minutes from the hotel door. A nice grocery store was also next door where we purchased salads and sandwiches. Would stay again. "
