"The property and parking lot was well lit. There was a funny smell as soon as you entered the doors, but then the main lobby reaked of the front desk attendant's cologne, unfortunately. Thankfully it was just there. The room however, was thankfully clean and had no smells; it was warm but the A/C cooled the room quickly. The breakfast was decent and the beds were very nice, also. There were adequate towels and everything seemed clean and in place, but there was one random dirty, dried...

"Very clean room. There was a smell when we arrived in our room. I think it may have been the air condition. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The lady who was over the breakfast went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed. The breakfast was very good."

"I was barely able to sleep due to being next to the outside entrance door on the 1st floor. The door banged loudly throughout the night. Also Be aware you have to pay to park. Staff was kind on checking in. "

"Wonderful hotel just north of Atlanta. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Dogs are allowed but you'd never know because there is no animal odor at all. The 5:30 kickback with 3 drinks and hot food was so good and it was great to not have to go out looking for a restaurant after a long drive. The breakfast in the morning was so fresh and delicious! The grits were awesome. Even the eggs were good (2 different kinds-scrambled with cheddar and bacon and plain) and you know they are usually...

"I feel It’s ridiculous to pay for parking. I don’t believe you used to have to pay for parking and I think that should be rolled into the price. It’s not as if there’s a giant parking garage on very expensive real estate. It’s a giant open parking lot that has been there for decades. I feel this is just a Money grab to an already inflated price on this hotel"

"The lobby and the pool/ amenities were wonderful but that's about all I could say about the hotel. I made my reservation on April 17th for my stay on May 8th. They waited until the morning of to tell me that the room i reserved was not available and they had to move me to a smaller room. Their sister properties were full as well. Im not sure why i was not told of this plenty of time in adavnce. It was for my daughter's birthday and we did not have time to change our plans as she had multiple...

"Beds dirty and had to ask for bedding for spare bed, staff not friendly or helpful and played on their phone while asking for what we paid for. Also, tent encampment right behind hotel. I wasn’t ware of that. "

"The staff was nice. The breakfast selection was limited compared to all the other embassy suites. No bacon no pancakes no grits. I asked the kitchen manager and was told they dont serve bacon because it is too much to deal with. What type of answer was that. Same thing for reception hour. No mixed drinks except tequilla sunrise no margaritas etc. the food served peanut cookies and dip for celery and carrots. I Act management and was told they were managed by 3rd party restaurant on site"
