"There was an electric power outage more than 3 hours the night I stayed. I called the front desk, she was a bit mean to answer my inquiry. I suggest if there is a situation like power outage, they must provide emergency lights to every room or could help us to open the windows. Hotel must prepared of this kind of unexpected happenings."

"Shortly after arriving the power went out (8:00pm).We were told something down the street caused the power outage. We chose this hotel because of the pool and with the power outage we were not allowed to use it. We had no lights in the room or the bathroom ( the hallways did have lights ). Unable to charge our phones they ended up dying. We had to be up early so knowing we didn’t have an alarm to wake us up we didn’t sleep much at all. "Had difficulty in parking. The receiption desk told me without sharing concern that I was reaching there in the midnight to park and there was no parking due to construction. I came with family of 4 staying in two rooms, they asked me to park near by a Trash Collection box in the dark. They said they can assure me the parking lot in the next day of my 4 days trip. Felt lots of inconvenience "

"It’s in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s a 10 minute walk to the metro which makes it a good choice if you want to go into Vancouver city centre. Parking is an issue. If you want to leave your car parked during the week the only choice is a parking garage about a 10 minute walk away."
