"This Holiday in was so close to the beach walking distance from restaurants and golf cart rental! The breakfast was amazing, they have a coffee machine out all day. And the pool area is very nice, has plenty of seating. "

"The location was convenient a boardwalk away from the beach. No crowds. 3 big pools (1 was heated-ish). The house was well stocked with beach chairs, etc. The property is a little dated, but the location overcame that. Would have loved to see it in its prime. Great host! Very responsive. "

It was loud with intoxicated individuals partying all night, I had to call the front desk twice and eventually the police due to be threatened by another (intoxicated) guest. I had to have our room serviced twice due to the bedding smelling like urine (even after they changed it once) breakfast was less than desirable, breakfast area not stocked or cleaned from previous days use.
