"L’annonce est incomplète. Il est annoncé une seule chambre sur le site Expedia alors qu’ils en ont beaucoup plus et surtout que la chambre en photo ne correspond pas forcément à celle que vous obtiendrez. À valider avec l’hébergement avant confirmation. Il manquait plusieurs choses à notre chambre (serviette, petite lumière). L’expérience a été rehaussée grâce au petit déjeuner dans le jardin. Bon, varié et en quantité très suffisante. Un bon hôtel. "

"Rude staff. We booked a 'superior' room amd a 'standard' room. Both were identical and the hotel told us they do not sell 'superior' rooms, such rooms do not exist. The rooms were dirty and arank of smoke with broken furniture and stained carpets. The hotel seemed abandoned with much of the in cimplete darkness"

"I went to the given address and there was no such place. People in neighborhood didn't know of it's existence. I called the phone number given with booking and no one answered. I was left in a very difficult situation to find alternative accommodation. I have notified Hotels.com but they fail to answer my complaint. Not happy."
