"Unit 5 was great as it is on the top floor and away from the parking area. Has a nice view of distant trees and water in the living room. Kitchen was great for making tea/breakfast and storing/reheating leftovers from the tasty Anchorage eateries. Location is slightly colorful with some homeless shelters in the area but I always felt safe. I walked to and from the train station both days which was great. It was also an easy walk to downtown. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING - my unit was available for early check-in on my day of arrival - AND - when I wanted to tack on 1 additional night they gave me a deal. Thanks Jeff and Jessica and (Natalie?) - you all 3 were SUPER HELPFUL and accommodating. Will DEFINITELY stay here again anytime I am in Anchorage!"

"The hotel was fine. We found the side tables by the bed too small. Similar for the space beside the sink in the bathroom. They use body wash in the shower which I don't really like but in this case the dispenser was empty."

"Hotel was located in downtown which made accessing restaurants and coastal trail very convenient. Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the tub was clogged with hair and shower water was backing up. Never saw any employees during the visit. Coffee shop closed at 11 at checkout when we wanted to buy breakfast. 😢"
