"Perfect family escape – peaceful, spacious, and memorable We stayed in a 3-bedroom villa as a family of 9, and honestly, we enjoyed it soooo much. This place was exactly what we didn’t know we needed. The kitchen itself was great and well-designed, although there were no kitchen utensils provided at first (apparently for safety reasons). Slightly confusing when you book a villa with a kitchen to cook. The staff quickly came to the rescue and brought us the basic cooking essentials from the main kitchen. The villa is a bit isolated from shops and busy areas, but for us, that was a huge plus. We were escaping noise, traffic, and crowds and this place delivered total peace and quiet. Everything felt very new and well maintained, the view to the beach was beautiful, and the pool was stunning. The kids absolutely loved the playhouse, and honestly even just walking down the pathways felt calming and enjoyable. The beach was clean, peaceful, and perfect for family time. And the staff? Extra friendly, warm, and helpful—they really made us feel welcome. Overall, a fantastic stay, perfect for families looking to slow down, relax, and actually enjoy being together. Would happily come back (and maybe bring our own spatula next time 😉)."

"This hotel is perfectly located within 3 minutes’ walk of the old town. It’s set back from the main row at the front and has spacious grounds with a good sized swimming pool. There’s a good restaurant on site, and a pool-side bar which also serves food. The rooms are clean, spacious and light, with the best ones overlooking the pool and garden. Those overlooking the road at the back can be a bit noisy. Staff are very friendly and helpful, giving lots of information about the town when you arrive. Laundry was reasonably priced and efficient. There is a very good choice of food for breakfast, catering to both Asian and western tastes. There’s also a small gym, and a book swap. "

"Excellent hotel with lovely design. Excellent staff and service. Only down side we found was mosquitos were around the building and one or two got into our room and had a feast at our expenses. Keep the windows closed / don’t go onto the balcony and the problem is solved."

"As a family of four, we loved our 3 night stay at Silk Sense Resort. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, with excellent beds and pillows. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We visited the spa daily for amazing massages, which we highly recommend. The complimentary shuttle service to and from Hoi An Old Town was very convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend staying at the Silk Sense resort."
