"I booked an oceanfront room with a jetted hot tub, when I arrived at the hotel I was put in an ocean view room and did not look like the picture from Hotels.com. When I questioned the front desk, they were very pleasant and said they checked for an oceanfront room when I checked in but everything was booked. It was less money but I would have preferred the room in the picture. I’m not sure if it’s Hotels.com advertising the wrong room or the Hotel itself. Overall it is a nice hotel and the staff...

"Check in reception was great. Property great! Everything on resort for entertainment. Only issue I had was my keys didn’t work at check in and I had to wait outside with a newborn for 30 mins until my sister arrived and had to grab new keys because security never came. Other than that, I would stay again."

"The front office staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location to the beach was very convenient. The pool was clean and very cool temperature (which felt great). The property needs an update, but the room was adequate. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been much improved. The floor was filthy. The area around the property is pretty run down and did not seem safe at night. Would not recommend this area for single females. "

"This property was amazing! We stayed at the meridian suite 305 and it was just like the photos showed! it was a little small for 3 children but that’s solely on us we could’ve booked a bigger room. "It was in a great location for the money but i was unaware at the time of booking this that it wasnt a typical hotel. You need to go to a different location for check in and check out and there was no communication that the garage was across the street from the hotel. The room was decent for the price but some upgrades, like the couch, would have made it better."
