The Televisions in the rooms DID NOT WORK. The Ice Maker in the refrigerator DID NOT WORK. The curtains that open up to the public in the bedroom Were torn. We called the front desk to inform them of the problems the afternoon we checked in. The answers we got were: we have standard cable tv and it all works. Would not send maintenance until Late Day Two. The tv in both rooms had bad coaxial cables and outlet connections. The refrigerator ice maker was never attended to, the curtains were never attended to. Front desk workers were very rude. Administrator Assistant said we will refund you and you need to go to a different hotel. As a hospitality business, they demonstrated MO HOSPITALITY.!!

Clients need to know that Jamaican building of the Caribbean hotel is separate from the main building and the room was not turned when we arrived. It was still dirty untouched. That ruined the vocational feel. Nevertheless we give a credit that out stay was upgraded and we still had a good time there.

Rooms are spacious, beautiful ocean view, a littlenpricey foenthe condition of the property, very out dated and several issues with ammenities, operating ice machine hard to find, outside water showers for rinsing beach sand in disrepair and not functioning. check in is a disaster, not enough parking area to handle in coming and outgoing guests at thr same time, that needs coordinated better, parking is accriss the street, not a big deal but be prepared to do a lot of walking. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would go back again,

Old and outdated the pictures don’t really represent what the hotel really looks like now in 2024 inside the rooms. One of their elevators was broken. No one helped us realize that there’s two separate buildings to enter. We had to walk around the entire facility very much so confused. They didn’t offer any type of breakfast or complementary coffee or anything. The room was OK. Bathroom was very very small… was a oceanfront suite but the bed was not near the ocean front window. We did have a patio that was fine. Just some of the stuff had a lot of rusting smelled very musty in there from the carpet.
