Holiday Pavilion Resort on the Boardwalk
The property is run down. The lock on the door had issues. The toilet ran constantly and had to giggle the handle. The shower dripped constantly leaving the bathroom floor wet. The safe did not work. The lamp shades are not only dated but filthy as well. No amenities such as coffee or water in lobby. ...

The beach front room and balcony were unobstructed. Only had one elevator so it was wait for the elevator or use steps.
