10/10 Excellent

"Staff at check in were excellent. The room was very clean. Hot breakfast was good, but it would be excellent if there were more continental items, and staff was friendly. Beach location was excellent and lots of lounge chairs/tables in yellow umbrella area. Lots of free parking was a bonus. Hotel was within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. We have stayed here in the past and would return again."

"We liked the outdoor pool and the indoor pool. There was karaoke in the evening but we would rather have music at the outdoor pool in afternoon. We ate at the outdoor cafe burgers and fries which was good but a little pricey. U r not allowed to play catch in the pool and a security guard informed us although this was not monitored equally and other people did it without being told not to. Also people saved pool seats for hours without being there but it was not a crowded week. We had icecream on the 4th floor and it was good. We had breakfast once in dining area. We were on the 10th floor. Our room was mostly clean except the tables could have been wiped off. I only had a hot shower once, the other times were cold. Also the shower nozzle was broken and only the metal piece was left. This is a deal breaker for me as we had kids who needed to shower and it was cold. I won’t stay here again because of that. When u r in the pool and beach a lot, a shower is a must."

"We have stayed here for several years but this year will be our last. The facility is nice but the pool is too small for the number of guests. It is not the hotels fault but the bar next door plays incredibly loud music from 9pm til closing at 2am or so which makes it difficult to sleep. And since the Country Music Festival is now on the weekend we are here for another event, that music just adds to the unbearable noise level. The staff are generally nice but there were only 2 bellmen/car valets when we arrived so no help was available. There was only 1 staff checking in people as well - totally overwhelmed. And the desk staff person I asked about housekeeping after being there for 3 nights, "Jeff ", was curt almost rude, that I even asked for housekeeping service"
