"Location is great. Overall stay was good
Some issues we had:
• Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit.
• The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure.
• There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do."

"The codes changed and were never communicated. We had to call three times to get a new code to either the building or the room. We had 7 people in a room and towels are not refreshed. Yes is stated once you check in but I was never told of this before booking. Who wants to use the same towel for five days! The ceiling was leaking there is mold on the bathroom.
