A little outdated , Pools and jacuzzi were nice , views were gorgeous ; the bed and pillows wasn’t the most comfortable & no complimentary breakfast was a minus but overall for the price and location you can’t beat it ; soy was incredibly nice & welcoming 5 stars for her ! & the bar was good!

The staff was absolutely terrible! Would not help us with a slick floor that could have caused a bad accident. Asked for a mop to clean the floor and was told housekeeping had left for the day and there was nothing they could do. Door had a quarter inch gap under door that the wind from the hallway ...

Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes
Overall it is a good place to stay because of the location close of many restaurants like Hook & Barrels , groceries stores and golf courses like Grand Dunes . Room are OK and have great bathrooms. However some members of the staff need to learn how to smile to the customers.

The staff were all very nice, everything looked clean, some things in the room could stand minor maintenance.
