"The staff was very helpful at the Hampton Inn New Albany location, particularly the person who checked us in. Our room was clean; however, the bed was not complete. There were clean sheets folded neatly on the bed, but the bed was not made. We were promptly helped by the front desk staff member, who seemed to be working alone. She was apologetic and made our bed herself."

"I never leave reviews but I felt it was needed. Not only was it priced to good to be true bc of saying you get what you pay for, I was shocked!! The room was nice and cool, room was extremely clean and I wish I knew the ladies that were working names but was too tired. 1 was in training and the other was helping her. These are the kind of employees that companies should be looking for! They were the kindest gals ever. I most definitely will be staying here every year on our yearly vacation to...

"Rooms were clean and up to date. Housekeepers were thoughtful and caring. Breakfast attendant was Very helpful and Pleasant and the breakfast was good. Front desk were pleasant and very courteous! Only small problem was the ironing board needed a little fixing, which I was able to do myself."
