"Positive: Housekeeping, front office is 5star we stayed for 5 nights everyday room always looked clean and fresh Negative: Breakfast is good but menu remained same for all 5days we stayed which is so boring. They said room is remodel led but microwave is not cleaned(but replaced with new one immediately). Overall good place for stay "

"When booking we indicating we had a pet with us. At check in, I told them we had a pet so they were well aware. I even had a conversation about our dog’s breed. They told us housekeeping won’t service our room if there is a pet in there. I told them that was fine. Our last full day we came back to our room around 4 pm. We were locked out. "

"This property when it first opened in the 70s I believe it was an amazing place to stay. This property is extremely clean the beds are comfortable the pillows are comfortable and it is close to. It is 14 minutes away from Dollywood 7 minutes away from most museums and coasters in Pigeon Forge. Tons of activities and fun things to do for both children and adults. The Outback Steakhouse was outstanding and I am not usually a fan of the Outback Steakhouse. The staff was wonderful. My only complaint about the this place is that it is a little outdated. If you have a family and you're traveling on a budget and you can't afford to eat all three meals out this is the perfect place for you. It is completely loaded with pots pans silverware refrigerator microwave two stove burner toaster and a kitchen nook to eat at. I will definitely be returning."

"We have stayed here several times. The rooms are decent and the location can’t be beat. Breakfast is so/so. I’ve had better at other hotels. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are a bit on the small side. We like the fire pit and hot drinks in the lobby. "
