"Reception staff are great, friendly, helpful and accomodating, they sure know how to make your guests feel very welcomed so thank you Breakfast cashier assumed our breakfast had to be paid for and i politely asked her to double check with Reception to confirm it was included. But overall it was a pleasant stay. "

"Not a great stay, room was a bit run down. Ants on the floor, shower dirty, bed head lots of wear and tear. We checked out early. Not any gluten-free friendly options. "

"Staff were excellent and friendly. Breakfast was good to start the day. Condition of the room was not at all good. Drawer was broken, water from bathroom leaked and came in the room, iron was not working properly, it was overall dirty and bad condition. Linens and towels looked beige and stained. Very convenient to the city and other central favorites though. "
