Disappointing stay despite the history and location I really wanted to love the Grand Pacific, as it truly is a beautiful property. It’s a lovely place to stop by for tea or a cocktail and admire the architecture, but unfortunately I would not recommend it for a stay or for dining. From the start, service was slow, and the staff were noticeably less friendly compared to other hotels we stayed at or visited in Fiji. We ate at the restaurant on our first night and unfortunately I experienced food poisoning that lasted for two days, which significantly impacted our trip. The only real positives were the location and the patio/view, which were lovely. Overall, this experience fell short, and I would not stay here again/ nor recommend it.

We loved the spacious classic king room with sea-view. Friendly staff, Shower area, bed etc were awesome! Breakfast was good. Taxis were readily available. The sliding door for room rear access wasn't working well. Overall enjoyed our stay and highly recommended!👍👌🙂

Our state at GPH was amazing all things to Unaisi! While checking I mentioned that my husband and I were here to celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary and Una went above and beyond even on her day off to make sure she gave us the most beautiful surprise. She made sure our room was decorated and sent a little cake with happy anniversary working on it. It’s a little things like these that make a place so warm and welcoming and I know I will always come back and stay here. You have a guest for life thank you Una and GPH for making our stay so smooth, relaxing,wonderful, incredibly amazing and so much fun. GPA is such an iconic place and I’m so glad I got a chance to stay here. I will definitely come back. If you were ever in Suva, this place is a must.
