This is not a good hotel for tourists. It’s a convention center, and it lacks the personal service that you would expect from a good hotel. Room clean is “on request”. I think that’s not good for any hotel, except here nobody told this at check-in either and it was not made clear in the room also. ...

Very comfortable and the studio apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The only comment is that there was just one pillow each and no spare ones. The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold..
