"Overall the staff were lovely but not the most welcoming arrival . Whilst the lady on reception was lovely , after a 3hr drive we were faced with a family that had taken over the whole dining and bar area for a karaoke. All attention from staff aimed at this one family and made us feel as outsiders ..."
