"予約完了後、数時間でホテル側から「設備の破損があり修理に4〜5日掛かる。キャンセルしてくれ」とのメールが来た。
この時点でキャンセル料が100%掛かる時間帯。
こちらからキャンセル手続きをすると宿泊代が戻らないかもしれないと考えてそのままにしておき東京の窓口に電話。
何度かけても時間を変えて掛けても日にちを変えて掛けても繋がらない。祝日で休みだったのかもしれないが旅先で問い合わせ窓口に電話が全然繋がらないのはとても困る。
当日、直接ホテルに出向くが看板が無く分かりにくい。
やっと見つけたら開いていない。誰もいない。
隣のアパートにオーナーか従業員が居たので事情を聞くと、彼らからキャンセル手続きはした。彼らにもサイト側からの返信が無いとのこと。
最終的に数日が経過して代金の払い戻しのメールが届いた。
窓越しに眺めた部屋はサイトの紹介通り良さそうな感じだったので泊まれなかったのは残念だ。
入口の階段に多数の野良犬の糞が落ちていたのはいただけない。
また同じ地域に行くことがあれば今度は泊まって評価を出したいと思う。"

"I’ve spent three nights at goalie. It was a nice stay, the facilities are clean and the pool is really nice. Room was spacious with a balcony and nice shower. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Rooms was really clean and nicely presented. The breakfast was amazing! Location is perfect and all the extra bits like the welcome drink and ice towel topped it off. Would highly recommend."

"Nos encantó como estaba mimetizado con el entorno. Estás en plena naturaleza, pero con todas las comodidades. A nivel de diseño, nos encantó la arquitectura y la decoración del complejo. Había variedad de platos y bebidas, todo buenísimo. Hay oferta de actividades muy interesantes. La comunicación con el personal es fácil y cómoda. Es el lugar ideal para relajarse. Nosotros fuimos con nuestro propio coche y el acceso es complicado por la estrechez de la carretera, pero no hubo ningún percance....

"We enjoyed quietness of the location even though it is close to get to Hikkadua. Love to sit at the pool and seeing all the rice paddies. The owner tried very hard to make us feel comfortable and did a great job! "
