"Chaque personne qui travaille à cet endroit mérite une mention d'excellence. Que ce soir Carol à l'accueil, le personnel au restaurant, Francis qui nous a fait faire le tour de la propriété et des jardins et les gars en cuisine, Georges, Patrick et il y en a un autre que son nom m'échappe. "The manager of the Transit Hotel refused to honor my reservation even though I showed him the confirmation and receipt that Experdia sent to my email account. He did not refund the payment, either. Instead, he sent me into the streets of Isiolo, carrying my luggage, to find another hotel."
