"The room was ok. However for staff service, the morning staff was an angel, really helping tourists for all she can. Her WeChat user is "the moon is going to be round". I hope her supervisor acknowledged it. She went out of her way to help me courier a bag I left at the hotel lobby and she trusted me. She also helped booked a taxi that will debit from her account and she trusted me. The night staff is hell, everything was impossible with him. SO overall the rating is neutral. "The hotel is easy to find. The rooms are clean, the front desk service is excellent, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and the hotel facilities are fully equipped."

"The room lacked many features such as minibar, safebox etc. There aren't any bars or pubs that I could find in the area, the the hotel doesn't have a bar either. So there is nowhere to grab an after-work beer. There were a few clubs and KTV Places, but they are the kind with Zuo Tai's and Chu Tai's which makes those places not suitable for married men. Compared to price, the hotel was decent anyway."
