Just off the main road. Absolutely lovely, Room very comfortable, as was the bed. Very friendly staff. The pool was a little too small for the anount of people there, otherwise good. Would I come back? Yes.

The hotel was generally tired looking and in need of an update in corridors and rooms. I expect much more from having stayed at many other Novotel hotels. I would chose an alternative to stay. The restaurant and food was good and staff very friendly and accommodating, although they did manage to get my food bill wrong, but made good with no issue.

Hôtel réservé pour un séjour en famille. Hôtel plutôt agréable. Petit déjeuner très bien. Piscine chauffée les enfants ont été ravis. Emplacement dans une zone industrielle seul petit point négatif.

Hôtel dans la zone industrielle en dehors de la ville. La piscine est couverte et chauffée. Le jardin est grand mais mal entretenu. Par contre le personnel est très professionnel et consciencieux

Bonjour, Les wc n'étaient pas très propres (odeur d'urines) et le lavabo de la sdb un peu " usé " doonc pas très net. Nous etions trois ds la chambre or il n'y avait que 2 verres ds la sdb et 2 verres également pour les boissons chaudes. Il n'y avait pas canal La litterie était très confortable et le personnel très aimable et le petit déjeuner excellent.

Indigne d'un 4 étoiles, Indigne d'un Novotel et Indigne pour le groupe Accor. L'hotel a besoin d'un rafraichissement des chambres très rapidement ! (moquette sale, canapé lit inconfortable, porte salle de bain en mauvaise état, taches d'humidité dans la petite baignoire... alors messieurs les actionnaires faire un petit effort..au vue de vos bénéfices à 2 chiffres depuis 5 ans cela ne devraient pas vous posez trop de problème.

Séjour qui s’est bien passé, j’avais fait une demande d’une chambre au calme, qu’on a eu, mais on va dire que pas de chance, on avait des voisins au dessous qui parlaient forts (insonorisation moyenne). La literie était bien, on a bien dormi. La piscine est bien, on est allé à des créneaux sans trop de monde. Rien à redire sur le service, présent, disponible, pour trouver des solutions ! Le petit bémol de notre voyage, c’est la chambre, ça ne s’est pas vu sur les photos, mais les murs sont des crépis, ça donne un côté ancien à la chambre. (Question de goût mais on aurait vu du crépi sur les photos, on aurait pris notre hôtel habituel, moins cher, plus moderne, on avait choisi cet hôtel pour changer avec la piscine)

L’état de propreté n’avais pas lieu. Pendant mon séjour, j’ai trouvé que les chambres n’étais pas bien nettoyée, je me suis retrouvé avec dés coins avec plains des poussières, j’ai communiqué mon mécontentement à l’équipe mais je ne pas ressenti la prise en charge.
