We enjoyed the nice, clean room and the comfy beds. Shower was nice with the liquid soaps and lotion in the bathroom. Lobby and outdoor decor are really pretty. Loved the convenient location in Napa as well.

Since we were not with a group, we found the hotel quite noisy at times especially at the reception area. Thank goodness, you had a nice area outside by the fire pit to relax.

This is my 2nd stay here. Staff is friendly and rooms seem pretty big. Overall nice place and easy to come back to after a day of wine tasting/site seeing. I would recommend to stay here.

We had a fantastic stay for our first time in Napa Valley. I was impressed with the actual facility and how clean, welcoming and nice it looked when walking in. We had the best service and hospitality from the staff, especially Josh. They made sure we were comfortable. The fire pits outside were amazing to hang around during the chilly evenings.

The hotel itself is okay, not what you expect from a Marriott. Some of the amenities are outdated or not working properly. For example our light and charger on one side didn’t work, the curtains weren’t closing fully, some common areas were dirty. Probably would pick another hotel next time

This was a very average hotel. The ambiance was on the level of Holiday inn, not Marriott. Service was also disappointing. First, reception gave us a room right next to the courtyard where they were holding an outdoor corporate event with tables right next to the patio. We had to change rooms. Then the cleaning crew completely skipped vacuuming and cleaning the desk and dresser surfaces. The hotel also announced free wine hour from 5 to 6 but by 5:40 pm the wine was gone with no explanation. The restaurant had a very limited menu and nothing gluten free, which did not meet Marriott standards again. The hotel is not extremely overpriced for its quality.
