Friendly service team very helpful. Neighborhood was old but nice specially businesses. We had an emergency tire repair and it went smoothly and efficiently. Thanks to hotel management. Good breakfast and easy free parking Will recommend

We booked this hotel for the night before an early flight since it was close to the airport and offered 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. We found out shortly after check in that the shuttle service was unavailable after being told, "No problem. No problem," when I called to confirm. We had to pay taxi fare of $55 (TWICE) because we were 2 travelers with flight times 7 hours apart.

The staff was very nice and accomodating. Room was clean and comfortable, good breakfast, ample parking. In general it was a good place to stay althoug the surrounding area is not so nice. The hotel by itself is very good and service excellent , the morning manager was always attentive, we appreciated that very much.

The hotel is very clean and professionally operated. Desk staff were wonderful as were the restaurant staff. Breakfast varied little each day with no hot foods but coffee. Eggs were served as cold omelette and cold hard boiled. 1 cheese and meat available. The rest being cold cereal and plentiful sweet pastries of the usual generic type. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The parking is very secure and plentiful. The area around the hotel is quite noisy and dirty. Many immigrant men hang out in this area and are always in 3-4’s which may pose problems at night so beware. The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful balcony which sadly overlooked the busy street. The A/C and room fridge were both excessively noisy and along with too hard mattress made for poor sleeping conditions. We stayed here 2 nights in Apr/25 and had many less issues particularly the room comfort was preferable on that stay. That said I would consider returning but not in the room we had on this occasion.

A Diamond in the rough. This area of Naples is a bit shoddy. The hotel property however is extremely well run, clean and safe. The staff are awesome and treated us like royalty. 5 star service. The secure parking area was needed for peace of mind and the underground lot gave extra piece of mind. The rooms though dated are well maintained and clean, and large by Italian standards. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with the highly trained restaurant waiters providing an extremely professional level of service. Do try the ristorante. It will not disappoint. We will return in future.

Lovely and practical.

Excellent service, great courtesy from everyone, convenient for the airport, for the city, for everything. I would suggest a wider choice of alternatives to cow's milk for those with allergies or intolerance to dairy.

Nice and cosy hotel outside Napoli and to our surprise we found out that its own restaurant is very famous and a favourite among locals. This business offers free parking in the underground garage for those who booked the hotel. Lovely Italian cuisine with a rich choice from pasta and meat to fish and seafood. We had lunch elsewhere everyday during our trips outside Napoli but for dinner we came back to Donato for their lovely food and of course “Il vino” :) Friendly and professional staff both at reception and restaurant. many thanks to Roberto, Pepe and Co. 5 stars for the whole experience and I would rate higher than that if I could.

Wasn’t even parked yet and an employee started to yell that I had 5 min to check in and then park the car. Check in guy was abrupt and took time to take in the info from passport so the guy from parking yelled even more at me for being there more than 5 min. Area very sketchy. It was cheap but not en enjoyable stay. Dining room was surprisingly very nice. They had live lobsters etc.

We brought a car so don’t know how accessible it is if using a public transport. Going to the hotel, the area seems shady, we were starting to be concerned if we made mistake in choosing the hotel. But then we arrived to a nice hotel with secured parking at the basement. The room was clean and we had a balcony. Breakfast is Italian continental style. 1 kind of cold cuts and cheese, sliced fruits and different kinds of pastries, I only like the croissants and the coffee. The restaurant looked nice so I made sure to have dinner there. Food was good, big portions and good price. Bottle of wine was cheap. 9 euro. Other restaurants normally charge 15-20 euro for a bottle of wine. The staff are friendly, especially Sacha at the reception.
