Fantastic trip - clean, spacious rooms; fantastic facilities with great food and drinks; and fun pool options. Highlight was definitely the boat ride to Big Hickory Island. A must!

Everything was excellent! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The room was perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the pool and all the amenities. Room was clean and big for a studio. Enjoyed the pool, sauna, hot tub, lazy river and steam room. Movie night was a bust but I think that was due to the lightning nearby. Had a good time, would go back.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is so kind. Of course, before going to the property I read about the timeshare spiel, so we declined those when offered a session. The rooms are huge, and the property was easily traversed. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you schedule the shuttle to the beach a day in advance. If you wait until the same day, you may not be able to get a spot. We were able to go to the beach one day and really enjoyed the beautiful island. The second day, when we tried to schedule, it was already too late and we couldn’t go. I wish this was explained more clearly because the beach and the island are such a nice part of the experience!

This was an amazing vacation destination. Beautiful property, super clean, tons of included activities, endless hours of fun. It was a relaxing perfect place for a family vacation with young kids. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be going back!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay overall. I was skeptical about the place prior to arrival because of some reviews I had read, but we didn’t experience many problems. The majority of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool area, which is important (keeping the kids happy.). Our suite seemed very clean with comfortable beds. We really liked our big lanai, and watching an alligator in the lake behind our building.

This resort was awesome. The shuttle to the boat then to the beach was amazing. On the way to the beach, we encountered 4-5 dolphins following the boat. The lazy river was nice just cold. The resort itself was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were also clean and spacious.
