The room was beautiful. The view was of course gorgeous. The staff was amazing. Food was excellent. Definitely would stay again and have stayed before.
Beautiful view to the South from the 9th floor! I would have given all five stars but when I was there they were running motors to clean out something underground and it was for one full day. Otherwise everything was perfect.

I left my phone in the bathroom in the lobby at 4am as I was checking out. They sent the phone back to me in 1.5 days. The process was quick And easy with fedex. Personal touch is great

The mandatory 20% service charge feels excessive, especially since it’s added every single time you order something at the beach or pool. For the nightly rates they charge, it’s unreasonable not to include at least two bottles of water per night — and even more so when the bottles in the room come at an extra cost. The pillows are also in urgent need of replacement. The only standout was the beach staff, who provided truly exceptional service with the chairs and umbrellas.
