"Staff are wonderful. However the hotel is showing its age. Had issues with hot water a few times during our stay. Has always been an issue. Will stay again because the rooms are large and comfortable. "
"I was on the fifth floor underneath an event area. I was awoken at 230am by one of the hotel staff singing karaoke! Breakfast buffet had cold fried eggs. Staff were friendly though."
