Excelente opción para hospedarse en Narbonne. A tan solo unos 5 minutos a pie de la estación del tren. Nuestra habitación era lo suficientemente amplia para nuestra estancia de cinco días y las camas muy cómodas. No pasamos nunca frío (fuimos a principios de enero). La atención del personal siempre fue muy amable.

No tuvimos servicio de agua caliente y eso fue fatal, la habitación olía un poco desagradable aunque muy buena ubicación y la chica de recepción muy amable , habitación muy amplia con cocinera equipada y la cama en excelente estado

Helpful & polite checkin - I can’t remember his name but he spoke very good English which was much appreciated!! Location was good about a 10 min walk to the train/bus station. Breakfast had a nice variety to choose from & we were pleased they offered a petite breakfast for those of us only wanting a light meal. Our room was a good size, quiet & clean. Our bed was comfortable and it was nice to have the small kitchen to prepare meals. I would definitely recommend Zenitude & I will look for other locations in my travels.

For a 4 star i would suggest maintenance be completed on door to first floor rooms - it has been hacked open fir some reason and never fixed - no excuse. Not very diligent in keeping breakfast food stocked. Bed pillows are very big, square and hard.

夜に急にお湯が出なくなった為、レセプションの方にその旨を伝えたところ、バスルームのみ別の部屋のを使用させてもらいました。翌朝に技術担当者に連絡をすると言っていましたが、翌日の夜に再度お湯が出なくなりました。 きちんとメンテナンスされていないのも問題ですし、

Great stay

Rooms were large and comfortable with very good aircon, great location with shops, bars and bakeries nearby Rooms had a small kitchenette with hob, fridge, kettle etc which was very handy! Staff were friendly and helpful Only complaint was I drank the tap water twice and felt really sick, and it left a terrible smell in my water bottle, so would assume it’s not drinkable but it wasn’t signposted Overall would recommend!

Excellent little pristine studio, very central to the historic zone, canal walks/trips and train station. Also the buses to the various beaches leave from right outside the door. So location cannot be bettered. The staff are lovely, friendly & professional and gave us the quiet room I’d requested for our 4 days - thank you, much appreciated! The kitchenette was small but well equipped for self catering, very comfy beds, good sound proofing and A/C so it ticked all my “essential” boxes & would definitely return.when in Narbonne.

Worst Experience Ever

We booked a double room for 6 days. We were given one of the 12 rooms on the ground floor. Absolute ruin of our vacation. The window on the street. Noise day and night from the parking lots, the conversations of those passing by on the sidewalk, and of course permanently closed shutters because our personal lives were in common sight. There was not even a bedside table to put a glass of water on for the night. We asked and they brought us one and a second after our insistence. Of course they took them from another room. A single socket in the bed and the room was very small. The wardrobe was very small also and in there was the water heater as well. The stuff was very polite and did their best. Also the room was clean. Be careful when you book and make sure you don't get one of those twelve "rooms" on the ground floor...

Cama muy cómoda , todo muy limpio , personal muy amable , cocina equipada con vajilla , hervidor agua y microondas . He encontrado a faltar cubos de basura más pequeños para residuos orgánicos , solo hay uno y he tenido que depositar envases junto con orgánico + papel / cartón . Estaría bien unas bolsas de basura más pequeñas para poder segregar los diferentes tipos de residuos y poder depositarlo correctamente en los contenedores neumáticos de la via pública .

No room cleaning for four days.

It started with the check-in lady who was quite unpleasant, followed by zero room service for four days. No new toilet paper no fresh towels nothing. We got a little bit of sand on the floor and had no way of getting rid of it.
