"The day before ous stay we were informed that they had no room for us the first day. The alternative they offered was not an option in any way. The staff at the hotel was most friendly, but how this was managed is not nice on a planned vacation. Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise.
