Friendly staff but rooms were hot as a sauna. No air conditioning and the sign indicated so not open windows. Pillows were so old they had clumps of foam. Difficult sleep to no sleep prior to flying. Shuttle was great to airport and left at great times

Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Honkan
Largest room we had in Tokyo area. Airport shuttle was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and understood most English. My only compliment is the beds were soooooo hard. My hips complained all night.

Rooms are so small, beds are hard . Booked 2 adults ,2 kids but had to argue for another 2 pillows .Buffet was good and stay was cheap with free shuttle

The Hedistar Hotel Narita
Tiny and basic room. Quite a bit of a walk from the nearest train station. Nothing in the area of the hotel too, there is a family mart in the hotel but it is not open 24hrs. Some vending machines for drinks available. The rooms are too small and not particularly clean, i wouldn't stay more than ...
