"This hotel could be so amazing but just falls short. I booked this hotel mainly because of the pool which was such a major let down. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting and the pool itself was dirty and freezing. The hotel offered coffee around the clock, which was nice, but a simple
breakfast
in the morning would have been much more convenient. The bed and pillows were stiff. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly."
