"Nice place Great breakfast"

"Love staying here"

"We have stayed here several times. It’s a lovely property in the heart of Intercourse. You could actually walk to several of the stores. They have a decent breakfast. Our room was serviced daily, and the ladies were both helpful and very nice. We had a faulty coffee maker, and the staff person reported it, and it was replaced within the hour. Excellent service."

"Everything was amazing!! Only thing is I won the pillows were better. They were way too mushy!! 3 pillows together were not even equivalent to 1 pillow! lol. We will def be coming back!! Staff was amazing!!!"

"Beautiful landscaping, very friendly staff, and a great location for visiting the Sight & Sound Theatre. Perfect for a weekend or one-night stay. The only downside was that the walls seemed a bit thin, and we could hear noise/conversations from neighboring rooms early in the morning. Overall, a pleasant stay!"

"Very nice stay, not far from many Amish offerings."

"Overall our stay was ok. The beds were comfortable enough, just a regular spring mattress. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. We didn’t run the AC in our room because there was mildew or black mold in the vents and above it on the wall. The pool was nice but the ceiling in that area needs a lot of work, very visible water damage, cracked, falling pieces. On our second night we were woken up around 4am by the smoke alarm in our room, then in a room down the hall, then the one in the hall....

"The room smelled so if you have bad sinuses then be prepared. Also was given a room that was occupied. Walked into another couple and their kids in the same room. Front desk did switch us but wasn’t apologetic nor seemed as if she cared about either of us guests concerns about the seriousness of walking into and occupied room!!!"

"Bird in Hand Family Inn was an exceptional place to stay for my wife and I’s overnight trip to Lancaster. The room was spotless, staff was very friendly, and the proximity to everything was second to none. The water pressure in the bathroom could’ve been a little stronger - but that’s so minor it’s hardly worth mentioning. The bed was comfortable and the room was more spacious than I had expected. We will certainly be staying here again - especially for a little longer of a trip where we can...

"It was a great location for a girls weekend and there was four of us and we had so much fun and it was so cute there just really super helpful friendly people work in here and we really enjoyed ourselves and we would definitely come back and a cute restaurant attached to it"

"Many Hotels falsely advertise their property, this property was very clean, very well managed, the staff all were polite, professional, and extremely helpful. Free breakfast was very good food, and a very comfortable atmosphere, our first time staying with Avid, glad we tried it, will most definitely stay at their locations."

"The staff was great, very accommodating. The rooms were bare minimum accommodating…and there were dead flies on the floor and the hall walls were split open and needed repair. The rooms also need painted. Very small rooms for the cost…"
