View was not quite as expected had some issues with the shower drain. But overall a wonderful experience fantastic helpful staff clean and comfortable rooms 👍
We had a wonderful stay, friendly staff and Chris with valet was awesome. The hotel was very clean, especially our room. The water fill up station was a great perk, we will definitely be back in the future.
Everybody and everything was 5 star excellent. The night crew at the front desk where stellar. We enjoyed our hotel drivers as well. It was a GRAND time at the hotel, the Canopy team made us feel like we were royalty. It was our anniversary as well. ALL WE CAN SAY, WE WILL BE BACK. GO Nashville and GO CANOPY!!!!!!!
When we got to the hotel, they could not find our reservation. I showed the receipt from Expedia and the room I had booked and the man at the desk kept apologizing for the inconvenience. They said because of the inconvenience, they upgraded our room to a king suite. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was amazing, and the room was incredible. They even sent us a bottle of wine because i said it was my husbands bday. They have a shuttle that took us to the comedy club and picked us up. We will definitely be staying here again. Best hotel we have stayed at in Nashville
