It was really the best experience ever w a hotel. They were able to get early check due to early arrival. More than just the everyday courtesy was extended at all times. I was there to visit my father. This hotel also took great care with my Father and his wife during storm evacuation, which is rare and they remembered. At one point I panicked my phone was not charging I needed to get cab to dads and I am anxiety panic ridden almost in tears and trying to hide it. Your front desk staff 2 ladies just took over got my boarding pass printed for plane, and the other getting off work took me to my Dads !!!! she lost his wife and he is OK but it could be the last time I see my Dad!! am unable to remember names ( brain condition) but they deserve bonus!! it Was Jult 8,9 the.!!!

We recently stayed at the Hilton in Green Hills, Nashville and overall had a nice experience. The hotel itself has some great features, especially the rooftop pool and bar, which were definite highlights and made for a really enjoyable stay. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. When we mentioned that our initial room had a bit of a smell, they were quick to help and moved us to another room, which we really appreciated. That said, the rooms didn’t quite live up to the photos online. While still comfortable, there were some signs of wear and tear—like minor scratches on the furniture and a bit of rust on the lamps—that made it feel slightly less polished than expected. Overall, it was a good stay with great amenities and helpful staff. With a few updates to the rooms, it could easily feel more in line with the beautiful first impression the hotel presents.

This is a very nice hotel in a good location. It was very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. They have live music at the bar at night. I would definitely stay here again. You have to have your room key to exit the parking garage. Not an issue unless you check out and leave the key at the desk.

I stayed at this hotel in January 2026 during the ice storm that left 50% of Nashvillians without heat and electricity in single digit temperatures for many days.
