This property was a very walkable distance to the Capital View area and about a 40 minute walk to Broadway. The staff were very prompt with answering my emails before, during and after our stay. The kitchen is equipped with almost anything you might need and is very spacious (has a dishwasher which is very nice). Overall good experience

1st time to Nashville

The place was very nice, updated kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom good size. Bedding needs to be updated. Could tell there were old stains that just won't come out. Comfort bed. Area was alright too. I felt safer because of the gates area. Parking was a little cramped at times. Host was great at communicating. It's a 3.8/5😁

This was a perfect location that allowed you quick access to everywhere you wanted to be. The apartment was great as well. No need to ever look at hotel rooms again if you are looking to be close to Broadway for a trip. Will rent again in the future. The neighborhood past it looks a little rough but there was no issues. It was perfectly safe there

We had everything we needed. Some of the dishware was sticky but we just washed it before use. You only had hot water in the shower for about 10 min but was doable. About a mile walk to Broadway where the bars and live music is. Good amount of things to do and places to go within a few minutes. Up and coming area but we had no issues and felt safe.

Clean but floors dirty

The place was clean but you can tell that the floors have not been swept or mopped in a very long time because I had to move the nightstand over to plug in a cord and there were several dead flys on the floor next to the bedroom window. I had to sweep but couldn't mop became there was no mop. The bathtub ledges were dusty. The bathroom had no heat and the vent would not turn off because the switch was broken. There were no filters for the coffee maker and the area rug in the living room was curled up in the corner and I tripped over it . The livingroom, bedroom, kitchen were clean, tables and stove and fridge very clean but the place needed to be swept and mopped and that area rug needs to go. I liked that there were pots and pans and dishes, knives and a dishwasher and laundry in the kitchen. A blender and toaster too so this was very convenient and I was able to cook dinner for my family and breakfast for my kids. It would be nice if there were some hooks to hang wet towels. Other than the rug being a tripping hazard and the floor needing to be swept I have no complaint. It was in the 30s while I was there so heat in the bathroom would be nice. The shower gets really hot and has great water pressure but water runs oit after like 6 minutes.

Some sheets were stained and the floor under and around the bed clearly had not been cleaned in months. I suspect this is a private equity owned apartment with no direct management.

Great apartment

The apartment itself was very clean however it was just not in a very safe environment. I was traveling solo and ended up doing some running around the apartment in the surrounding area and it didn’t seem like the most safe area to be in as a solo traveler. However, if you’re traveling with a group, I would definitely recommend this place. It’s very clean and they are very good with communication.

The condo itself was not in the best neighborhood but I never felt unsafe. Great location. Only about a 5min walk to Broadway or the gulch! Everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Decent enough place. Check in is more of a hassle than most places but not a huge issue. Unsafe are but intensive a gate so not too bad. Apartment fits all the needs and close to downtown attractions.

Other than the train noise & hearing gun shots one night it was great haha - unit is newer & has everything you need it’s close to downtown/broadway - sometimes Uber was 10mins away, a few times we had to wait over 20mins though

Overall the apartment was very nice. I think a few things could be added to help with the stay. For one, some darker curtains in the bedroom since the windows are facing East, also some darker curtains in the living room as there is a very bright security light that shines in through that main window as well.

Overall, nice apartment. Nice living room, Kitchen, Bedroom and bathroom. Looks like there have been a few parties there, lots of scrapes and marks on the walls, could stand for some painting. Parking was inside a gate, but the neighborhood did not feel very safe. 3 different codes to open gate, lobby and room. The steps to the 2nd floor were very steep.
