The property was under construction and the room they gave us had paint peeling from the ceiling and the bathroom door was literally falling a part and would not open after being shut. I cancelled my stay and am expecting a refund.

This spot gave me a full bed instead of a queen sized bed. I was sharing the bed so this was a big problem. When I called to complain they said that I bought “the old version” of a room and I needed to upgrade and pay more for a new room with queen beds even tho u specifically paid for the queen size.

The hotel appears to be renovating but the room I stayed at was clearly still in need of a refreshment. Pretty much every item or surface had damage. From the door of the room to the carpet and walls. Furniture and linens were not spared either. Not horrible but was a tad dingy feel. The breakfast and lobby area were lovely.

The staff was very friendly. I came up for a concert and it had been postponed which I didn't know. The attendant at the front counter informed me that it had been postponed which I didn't even receive anything from the ticket company. That's really good customer service. He was very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this motel to anyone. Very good job.

the room was very dirty--one bed was swayback-no holder for toilet paper--bath sink would Barely drain--broken drawer in dresser--to look at the seal around the base of toilet would make you sick--exterior had been recently painted by a 3yr old--dripped paint --the whole property very unkempt !!
