From the minute we arrived the whole experience was just amazing and easy. The hotel exceeded our expectations and was our favourite hotel on our entire trip. The team especially Michael and Lorraine were the most friendly and accomodating people and absolutely nothing was an issue. PROS: Great location. Plenty of food options right outside the property. The hotel was within walking distance of Broadway, bars, restaurants, and shops. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly. CONS: You have to download an app to check in and get a Bluetooth key. If your phone dies, you'd better hope security is around to try to let you in. You have to use this Bluetooth key to get into the property, into the elevator, into the building, and then into your room.

The location was amazing! Just a block down from Broadway, and 2nd Street also has so much to do. The hotel room was huge, the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We had views of the river. We had two kings and a pullout couch. The couch was quirky, but we figured it out. The front desk workers were helpful. The walls seem to be a bit thin, and we could hear conversations clearly from the next room, but we left the AC fan on constant and that blocked it all out. Mel’s drive-in just next-door was great for breakfast. The rooftop area has great views and was a nice place to hang out. Would definitely return:)
