Theres no elevators and for people in wheelchairs they wont switch to the forst floor and our key cards didnt work 3 times we had 3 rooms 1 room the water was cold never got warm other room the bathroom light wouldnt turn off no do not disturb signs for house keeping when trying to take a nap breakfast ...

The room was clean and modern. The staff were nice and the parking lot was safe. Overall I would recommend. Love the glass and tile shower.
