"You are renting a time share, and staying in someone else's place, with their furniture, flat screen TV, cable, etc. The unit I rented had folk with good taste, two bedrooms , each with its own private bathroom, a living room, dining room, kitchen, with a large balcony overlooking an endless beach directly on the Atlantic ocean.
