"Check in on arrival was disastrous, rude staff and not interested in doing their job. Room was supposedly a “Superior” room, 5-star quality, but was simply not even close. No door on bathroom. No door on closet (a curtain instead) and as basic as they come. Pool area we visited was very clean and service was good. Meals at top restaurants were excellent. Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel and amenities are very expensive. This is not the place for budget conscious travel. Julie (Director) saved what was destined for a horrible experience. Thanks to her and our room cleaning lady. She was awesome. "

"Friendly staff. Options for swimming in water include three pools and small slides for kids, lagoon and ocean across the way. Lovely quiet stay. I would stress again how lovely the staff is. Plan to return and will recommend to friends. "
