A estadia foi boa no geral, com pontos positivos como a localização, que é excelente, e o café da manhã, que também agradou bastante. A limpeza do local estava ótima, eu daria nota 10 nesse quesito. No entanto, tivemos um problema sério com o barulho. Ficamos inicialmente em um quarto no segundo andar, localizado bem embaixo da cozinha, e o barulho era simplesmente insuportável, especialmente durante a madrugada e início da manhã. A equipe até tentou nos realocar, mas o quarto para o qual fomos transferidos estava com cheiro forte de mofo, o que nos forçou a trocar novamente. Mesmo no primeiro piso, o barulho ainda era bem perceptível. Acredito que, com algumas melhorias na questão do isolamento acústico e manutenção dos quartos, a experiência poderia ser muito melhor.

Amazing, two properties pool on a roof top on both of them, with bar at the pool, you can drink while sitting inside the pool, and the value is added to the room number. One of the properties had access straight to the beach. Parking was easy and secure, being inside the facility

Minha experiência no hotel teve pontos positivos, mas também aspectos que precisam de atenção. Desde a chegada, senti falta de acolhimento por parte da recepção. Tivemos que preencher um questionário manualmente, algo que poderia ser facilmente resolvido com um formulário digital enviado previamente. Fomos informados que isso ocorreu por não ter feito o check-in online, mas essa opção nunca foi mencionada nos contatos via WhatsApp. Na reserva, feita com quatro meses de antecedência, pedi um quarto longe de elevadores e áreas movimentadas, solicitação confirmada pela equipe. No entanto, fomos acomodados justamente ao lado do elevador, o que me decepcionou. No terceiro dia, o ar-condicionado parou de funcionar. Ao relatar o problema, a recepção inicialmente contestou, sugerindo mau uso. Após insistência, um colaborador foi até o quarto e confirmou o defeito, providenciando a troca. O ponto alto foi a equipe da cozinha, sempre cordial, com destaque para uma funcionária morena, muito simpática e atenciosa. Sugiro ao hotel melhorar a comunicação e a cordialidade da recepção, especialmente no acolhimento e na despedida dos hóspedes. Um simples “obrigado” faz diferença.
