There were 2 bugs on the ceiling, stained carpets and generally was worn down … everywhere For the $ I spent I would have rather driven 2 hours home. The man at the front desk { I'm sorry I forgot your name} was terrific , he had lots of suggestions for places to eat. The lady at the breakfast bar was very friendly and had lots of places for us to visit. Everyone there was supper helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place."

"I never needed a hotel just like this more and I’m so grateful. When my home burned up last week, I needed a comfortable place to stay for an unknown period and my first thought, Homewood Suites. It was the right choice for this traumatized family. My cats are safe here too. Room is clean and comfortable. "When we stayed we were first greeted near the front door with a large amount of discarded cigarette, and cigars in the crack leading to the door. This is despite the very obvious no smoking right on the wall. When we opened the door to our room there was a large pooling of water at the door. The sheets had stains on them of what appeared to be old blood. When we got new sheets, the sheets were somehow even more stained, and soiled than the prior. "Hotel was nice, great vibe. The doors do not soft close so be prepared for that. The detachable shower head kind of hangs on the floor because it doesn’t fit in the holder. The restaurant phenomenal. "
