"We checked in on July 4th at 10:30 pm and Craig was the only reservation member. It must’ve taken us an hour to finally check in. There were three parties in front of us and everyone coming and asking him for something and then the room card machine didn’t work and he had to keep leaving the desk to let people in their rooms.
