"Friendly staff and great location to walk in Polanco"

"Great property in a central location for activities and exploring. Only challenge was the "truck" noise around midnight multiple nights"

"Excelente ubicación, servicio e instalaciones, recomendado para viajeros de negocios y lúdicos."

"Great ,location wallk by several restaurant alternatives"

"Was disappointed with the room"

"Is hotel is an absolute gem. The place is immaculate and clean and very impressive. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Mexico City and staying in the Polanco area. The hotel is secure and the staff is extremely attentive and friendly. The room we stayed in had an outdoor terrace that looked over the city. The amenities and room was absolutely incredible. I would stay at this hotel indefinitely when we come back to Mexico City. I have no negative comments."

"Love the location, cleanness, staff attention, and 24-hour desk attendant. The only issue was the listing mentioned 2 bathrooms, but ours had only 1. However, I do recommend the location and would stay again in the future."

"Recomiendo al mil el depa! Las instalaciones hermosas Super Agusto ,el personal muy amable siempre al pendiente 24/7 Las instalaciones hermosas ! Vista hermosa! la zona Super Agusto y segura , muchos cafés, y restaurantes cercas , sin duda alguna volvería ! Espérame pronto !!"

"The place was as nice as advertised. I would definitely stay again. The area is nice with a lot of places to eat and convenient stores within walking distance. Also, there are a few nice parks in the area. The only drawback was that the room wasn’t turned over daily. I don’t know if that was something we needed to request, but if so, it wasn’t communicated other than that the day was great."

"It was good. There was a club level, restaurants, stores, amenities outside the building and mall in walking distance. I’m just use to all properties being all inclusive so extra cost to factor into the trip"

"Todo muy bien"

"Rooms were extremely small first room I got Didint even have a Chair to put my Clothes horrible layout not practical at all"
