"No welcome or smile. I said my surname, he said my 1st name. Handed me key & pointed us to room. Told me to leave key in room on leaving. And that was the total amount of conversation. Very poor."

"The room was clean but VERY dated Was closest room to Hume highway so very noisey. The aircon worked but the batteries in remote were flat so had to purchase batteries from across the road . The pool is best described as a pond, it was filthy with rotting leaf litter on the bottom, there was zero change we would swim in it The Spa and Sauna are permanently closed much to our surprise. We understand it’s a budget hotel but still a disappointing stay. "
