"On street parking was extremely accessible and the caretakers did a fantastic job of making sure we had a spot right out front. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and other tractions in a less than 5-minute walk."

"Property was shabby and dirty. All the linens had cigarette burns and stains. The shower had was broken and hose like. Floor was taped together and sunken and had what looked like plaster flakes in the corners. The fridge stopped working and ruined my lunch meat. The ac did not function properly. DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"We were in Frederick, MD for our date night without the little one. Booked this place for the night and thought there would be a hot-tub, but was informed that it is closed permanently. So that was a little disappointing. Staff there were super helpful and friendly. The building is overall maintained nicely in the public area, but our room has a peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Overall clean and comfortable, and pretty reasonable for a stay."

"Very clean and up to date room, easy parking, near a lot of restaurants & conveniences. Breakfast was hot and ready early with a variety of options. Rooms on the side facing the patio get a lot of possibly-drunken yelling/noise from the patio below late into the night. The AC hum & earbuds covered it up for most of the night for me, but something to note if you need silence. The vibe of the area around the property is kinda sketchy; had some weird encounters in the less than 20 minutes it takes...

"Hotel is in dated and in need of renovations. Our toilet seat was completely cracked the whole way through, told the front desk and it was not addressed. Water stains on the ceiling, tub drain corroded. It was fine for a one night stay but would not stay again."
