"We didn't add on the breakfast which was 15€ per person, so our room rate did reflect that details. For the price it is really an excellent hotel. Other hotels in this area had much higher rates. There is a self laundry easy to walk to if needed, and lots of cafes around to choose from. If you are on a tighter budget there is Aldi market close by and we just utilized that and ate in our room which had a refrigerator. The walkways are cobble stone so wear proper shoes to walk around. The metro is close if you are a saavy traveler. We found many people do speak English if you need help and everyone was really nice. We arrived so early before check in and they were very accommodating. It's also quiet for the city. Hope this is helpful"

"There was no hotel lobby. The building didn’t look like how it looks on the advertisement you had to punch in codes that were hard to maneuver and turn handles weird ways to get into the floor where your room was and then into your room there are several people who could not figure it out, including my family. The building has beautiful architecture, but it’s a little rundown, and there was hair in my bed in the bathroom was dingy."

"The staff was very nice and very helpful. The bar service was great. The dinner at the restaurant was anazing. We had the best meal in our 3 week of travels. That is saying a lot. If our flight was delayed we were coming back for dinner and another night's stay. The breakfast buffet was also exceptional! Quite the memorable stay."

"The property was beautiful and the on site restaurants were some of the best we visited in Lisbon. The Spa was even more beautiful than expected and we are already looking forward to returning."

"Proximity to the airport was key (it really is a 5 min walk) especially when our evening flight into Lisbon was delayed so that we arrived at 3 am and had to go back at 7:30 the next morning to endure Lisbon passport control to return to Canada on a morning flight. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. Room was quiet and more spacious than expected. Right across the street from the more expensive Melia airport hotel."
