"The staff, especially at the bar, were amazing. However they have mice in the lobby that the manager denied instead of assisting. Central location but perhaps a boutique more quaint hotel would be better. "

"Decent stay although very dissapointing booking a room with the most beds for 8 people yet they always seemed to have a shortage of blankets and insuinated that we should share. Upon arrival they were not aware of my booking and said they had no guests for that day. Only after a further 10 mins of digging around they found my booking made through hotels.com (they said they only accept bookings via 3rd party companies such as Expedia and Trivago i think) This and the cleaners not using different mop water for the toilet and bedrooms are the main 2 issues we had during our 20 day stay. Food was also an issue, their chef never seemed to be available, and when they was, they wasnt sure if the sausage meat were pork or chicken or beef . Thankfully the food delivery service is great in Accra. Aside from this, it was a pleasant stay. I would most likely stay again but at this stage i definitely cannot recommend them to my friends and family for a group booking...although i already did which resulted in a friend booking 1 room for a few nights whilst i was there. This is constructive feedback. Theyre a lovely establishment nonetheless. Just really need to get some extra blankets "

"Great location and nice restaurants near by. Employees were nice and helpful. We arrived earlier than check in time and the manager was very accommodating. He got us an upgrade to stay in since our room wasn’t ready yet and that was very helpful because we had a long travel day prior. "

"I don’t even know where to start! The most stylish luxurious room and hotel in general I’ve ever stayed in, in Ghana! 12/10 rating! The food! 10/10. The staff! 11/10! The ROOM! Wow I was just such a happy girl being in that room! 11/10! From service to amenities, this hotel is truly worth every penny. Such an affordable luxury that OF COURSE I will and must stay at again! Thank you so much for such a bomb experience! I can’t speak enough and staff! Ugh! They’re just too amazing, they deserve a major bonus! Oh yeah & the massage I got at the spa!! I literally caught myself snoring a couple times lol. 10/10! Number One truly is NUMBER ONE!!!!!"
