The rooms were nice, and the view of the river and cherry blossoms were a highlight of the stay. Service was good but again nothing stood out compared to the other hotels we stayed at."

"I was staying in Tokyo for my abroad program but during vacation I went on a solo trip to Osaka and this hotel was amazing in every way! Plenty of shops nearby, transportation is convenient with plenty of stations leading to different areas if needed. If you’re willing to walk a minimum of 15 minutes you can make it anywhere from any station."

"Unfortunately I cannot give this property 5 stars as their elevators were abysmal. This has nothing to do with how busy the property was but because of a poorly designed, inefficient system. Waits for the elevators reached 20 minutes at some point, a building with 9 elevators available. Truly terrible."
