"Very convenient hotel. Walk to train station is 5 minutes. Cute waterfront across from trains. Hop on/ off at train station. Hotel bar was very good. Room was just big enough with a backpack, but for big suitcases. Our air conditioning was not working, so we opened the windows. Great air coming in, but our room was facing the city. Very noisy city. Would recommend this place. "

"Stated at the a&o Berlin Hauptbahnhof from September 19 - 21 for the Berlin Marathon. They have a self-check in process using kiosk when you enter. This option did not work for me as the Expedia number and that which was on my Expedia confirmation were different. A member of the staff assisted me with checking in via the Kiosk and activating my door key. "Wir waren für zwei Übernachtungen hier.Zimmer war top. Nachhaltigkeit wird angegeben und aufmerksam darauf gemacht ,dass die Zimmer nur alle zwei Tage gesäubert werden. Ist auch ok, aber die Mülleimer hätte man doch zwischendurch leeren können. Ist aber meckern auf höchsten Niveau.Das Frühstück war wirklich ausgezeichnet, für jeden was dabei gewesen von süß bis herzhaft.Pool und Saunabereich sind zu empfehlen, kosten aber extra. Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir würden auf jeden Fall...
